MahaRERA  Act 2016 Implications

1. In MahaRERA related transactions all the communications, proposal information and documentations are bound in Accordance to Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory Act 2016.
2. Clients are requested to provide true information of their properties in accordance to MahaRERA Act 2016, as it will enable us to present right information to the prospective parties.
3. Clients are requested to sign and acknowledge all transactions related  documents presented by Korporate Solutions, failing to which shall be assumed to be signed and accepted.
4. Korporate Solutions, holds NO responsibility of any kind in case of any false or misled information provided by the clients / property owners.
5. It is always advisable to all the clients to conduct their own independent due-diligence before making final decision.
