Executions of Services

  1. Source, screen and secure suitable Leave & License / Purchase options.
  2. Arrange inspections of selected premises and provide inspection reports from the extensive database of property listings for Licensees / Purchasers specific requirements.
  3. Provide detailed recommendations and analysis on possible alternatives. Conduct negotiations on behalf of, or with the client, in order to secure a fair price and maximum exposure.
  4. Prepare an Offer Letter confirming all commercial terms and conditions agreed upon.
  5. Assist with all the legal documentation, and further, provide a commentary on the Leave and  license / Purchase agreement, in assistance to or in conjunction with the client’s solicitors.
  6. Financial institutions tie-ups, loans & Project Funding. (If required)
  7. In expat residential rental segment liaise  with the  client to assist  in completion of all committed refurbishment and  other works prior to commencement of the License and  possession of the  premises.
  8.  Recommend interior designers and provide general advice with regard to fit-outs (if required).
  9. Liaise with either party solicitors in the stamping and registration of Leave & License Agreements and Sale Deed.
  10. Our Standard Fee terms are 2% of the transaction value for sale OR purchase and 2  months rental in case of leave & license transactions. Govt. taxes are applicable at actual.
